Biohazard Cleanup Team

Biohazard remediation companies: partner with Biohazard Cleanup Team

Biohazard Cleanup Team connects families and property owners facing a traumatic cleanup with one remediation company per county. This page explains, with care for the people involved, how requests reach us, how territories work and how to apply.

Companies we work with

We are looking for biohazard remediation firms that handle crime scene and trauma cleanup, unattended death and decomposition cleanup, blood and bodily fluid removal, hoarding projects and general biohazard decontamination. Firms whose technicians are trained under the federal bloodborne pathogens standard and who work with a licensed medical waste hauler are the best fit.

Biohazard Cleanup Team is not a remediation company. It is a resource published by Cornelia Cove LLC. Our pages are written in a calm, respectful tone for people who are often grieving, and we expect partners to treat every family the same way.

How families and owners reach us

People find us after a death at home, a violent incident, a suicide, an unattended death discovered days later, or when a relative's home has become unsafe because of hoarding. Landlords and property managers also come to us after a tenant's death. They read our guides on what cleanup involves, who pays, and what to expect from a professional crew, and some use the lookup that explains victim compensation and insurance options.

When they are ready, they submit the request form with name, phone, the service needed, city, urgency and a description in their own words. A tool result is attached if they used one. We do not reach out to anyone who has not asked for help.

What a request contains

A person reads every request before passing it on. You see contact details, location, urgency and the description, which may mention the type of incident, the rooms affected, how much time has passed and whether police have released the scene. Requests from people in acute distress are passed on promptly and with a note.

We tell families that an independent local company may contact them. We never claim you are part of our business, and we never promise a price or insurance outcome on your behalf.

Exclusive county territories, offered first come

One remediation company holds each county. Requests from inside that county go only to that company; they are never resold or shared with another firm. Medical waste rules and trauma scene practices vary by state and county, so we keep boundaries at the county line.

Counties are assigned to the first qualified company that completes onboarding. If the county you want is held, you can ask for its waiting list or for an adjoining county that is still open. We assign only what you can cover with a timely, discreet response.

Standards for partners

Follow the federal bloodborne pathogens standard and any state registration or license that applies to trauma cleanup and medical waste, and carry liability insurance; we may ask for proof. Arrive in unmarked or discreet vehicles when a family asks, provide a written scope before work begins, and explain insurance and compensation paperwork honestly. Respond to new requests promptly and tell us about any invalid or out-of-area request.

Never use pressure or urgency to close a family who is grieving. Our pages promise compassion and discretion, and partners are expected to keep that promise.

What families tell us they need

Families writing to us are rarely thinking about cleanup methods. They want to know that someone will come quickly and quietly, that they will not have to see the scene again, that personal items and documents will be handled respectfully, and that the bill will be explained before work begins. Property managers want the unit returned to a safe, rentable condition with documentation. A partner who speaks gently, explains the steps once and then handles everything gives these people exactly what they came looking for.

Questions remediation firms ask

Do requests come from landlords and estate executors as well as families? Yes, and the description usually says who is writing. Are hoarding jobs included? Yes, and they are labeled because they need a different crew plan. Can a firm that only covers trauma scenes apply? Yes; tell us your scope.

How to apply

Use the request form on our contact page and begin the description with "Partner application". Include your company name, the counties you want, your training and any registration numbers, your medical waste hauler and your insurance carrier. We reply by email.

Terms are agreed individually with each company before any request is sent. We do not publish partner pricing and do not promise request volume, which depends on each county.
